If all suspects look like this, AN ANGEL,…..NOT there would be no community policing problem.a3dd7511c0e6a98f26f6d30ffa221463

But we are diverse communities of regular human beings, residing in Cuyahoga County. different in many ways  Economically, Physically, Socially, Spiritually, Culturally. Politically & in Education. So in Cuyahoga county we say all lives matter. our program is designed to help law enforcement become a relationship builder rather than a community divider.

Therefore we must take responsibility for our part in the IDENTIFYING our role in community policing and solving our proximity problems. We must bring order to our community street by street. Order means Taking Back Our Streets Strategically. We are adults and we can “out think” negative elements and be pro active without using deadly force in defending ourselves and our community. We first must prepare for battle and push for peace. By creating street clubs on every street as a non profit organization. We then network all streets using a digital platform, forming all the street clubs the same way with the same equipment, rules regulations, programs, officers and communications. So the street clubs act as  villages all of the  tribe of the Cuyahoga. In each village there is a council that directs the village to benefit. The council designates duties to residents of the village in all areas of village powers that form their base. Area such as Educational, Economic, Social, Spiritual, cultural, Ethics and Motivations.

The one area of power base not mentioned is the area of Politics which include policing. To safeguard and empower the village, so that the village will flourish, the villagers designate a veteran for that task of  safety and their position is named “street captain” and their team are the village-keepers. Their task is to build relationships with the villagers (residents) and the other protective resources(police).  They provide this service by monitoring the street electronically and by using communication digital recording, visual and audible resources to exchange information with village administration and protective services. This system of communication we call the “drums”. The street captains also schedule visits and presentation by protective services with the villagers to define protocol and procedure, rules of engagement as well as just identifying and mingling with each other.

“If the officer that killed Tamir  Rice knew him and his family  would he have shot him?”

No! we share the responsibility for this disaster with the police. Just as well we
